Donna Fraser is a 4x Olympian and former 400m sprinter for Great Britain, winning a host of European, Commonwealth and World medals, in a career spanning over 20 years.
In 2009, Donna retired from her athletics career, having received a breast cancer diagnosis.
Following a successful recovery, Donna switched focus, to driving equality, diversity and inclusion within the workplace, across a variety of industries including Sport.
Through her roles at UK Athletics, the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, and most recently, the Professional Cricketers Association, Donna has amassed over 10 years experience, serving as a Trustee, Board Member and Head of ED&I for multiple organisations and charities, advising leaders and driving effective and meaningful change.
In 2021 Donna was recognized for her work, and awarded an OBE (Order of the British Empire) for her services to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
