With a rare combination of elite sporting experience and senior leadership expertise, Donna supports organisations in turning ambition into meaningful, measurable action.

Donna's career spans more than two decades of high performance and public leadership. As a 4x Olympian, she understands the discipline and accountability required to achieve excellence. Following her retirement from athletics and recovery from breast cancer, she dedicated her next chapter to driving inclusion and positive change across organisations. Through senior roles with UK Athletics, the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games and the Professional Cricketers' Association, she became a trusted adviser to executive teams and Boards navigating complex cultural challenges.

In 2021, Donna was awarded an OBE for her contribution to advancing inclusion in the workplace, recognising both her strategic impact and her commitment to creating environments where people feel valued.
