As a 4x Olympian, OBE recipient and experienced inclusion adviser, Donna brings credibility, warmth and practical insight to every session she leads.

Her approach is grounded in lived experience. Across more than two decades competing at the highest level of international athletics, Donna developed the resilience, discipline and mindset required to perform consistently under pressure. Following her breast cancer diagnosis and recovery, she moved into senior leadership and advisory roles, supporting organisations across sport and business to navigate change and create more inclusive cultures. This journey, from elite sport to board-level influence, shapes the depth and authenticity behind her work today.
